Working Together Tyne and Wear was formed to implement the Learning and Skills Council's 'Working Together' Strategy through a key strategic learning partnership.
The purpose of WTTW is to: Influence and progress the implementation of the 'Working Together' Strategy at sub-regional and local level.

WTTW's VCS Skillsbase project is delivering an exciting and varied range of Accredited training for the Voluntary Sector in Tyne and Wear. These training opportunities are free to those aged 25 or over and either working or volunteering within the voluntary sector within Tyne and Wear. The Main Contractor for this project is the WEA North East Region and training is being delivered by a range of VCS organisations including GVOC.
